The Club provides a wide range of motoring, travel and other services and benefits - ranging from 24-hour roadside assistance and car and home insurance to shopping discounts and finance - to members and their families.
What e-CBD did for RACQ
RACQ represent the interests of almost 1.2 million members that depend on RACQ for roadside assistance, insurance, motoring advice, finance, travel, benefits and discounts. As proud Queenslanders, e-CBD are honoured to be on hand to provide strategic advice and training on practical ways for RACQ's Web Services team to advise on implementation of the organisation's social media strategy.
We keep the team up to date on the latest technical developments in Facebook and give advice on strategies to convert fans into members.
Previous Facebook Campaign:
- Care Flight Helicopter Rescue: the campaign involved Facebook users to 'Like' the RACQ page and 'Rescue Their Profile', with RACQ donating $1 to the Helicopter Rescue Network for every rescued profile. Anyone who participated had their profile picture transformed to include the campaign Rescue Flight icon (right).
