Winner in the Federal Election
Regardless
of which side of the political fence you sit on, you’d have to agree that
this years federal election was the first to be fought on a truly digital
battleground. In the leadup to their campaign the Federal Australian Labor
Party went looking for a web design firm to update their main website (http://www.alp.org.au) and maintain a number of other
smaller campaign-related sites. e-CBD was recommended to them as an
experienced team who could deliver on-time, under pressure and with creative
flair and we were signed on board as the main web design team for the Party.
We worked in conjunction with their programmers to deliver some great
results, and have continued to develop web solutions for Labor. The e-CBD Team

As
our client base gets bigger and more diverse we’ve had the opportunity to
bring some fantastic new talent on board the e-CBD Team this year. Here’s a

Now Open for Business
e-CBD
recently opened a new satellite office in Melbourne so we could be closer to
all our southern clients. We’re not totally happy with the weather, but we’re
quickly getting used to it and it makes a nice change from the Gold Coast

Gate Petroleum, who are drilling for oil in the Gulf of Mexico and Wedgetail Mining
who are exploring for gold and molybdenum in Western Australia. We’re making
sure everyone can find the latest company announcements on their

Foundation for Development Cooperation – who help
developing nations create links with western banking and finance systems.
They’ve now got blogs, podcasts, online chat forums and much more Tukka
– A Brisbane restaurant which specialises in gourmet bush cuisine (advanced
