It was admitted to the Official List of the Australian Stock Exchange on 20th January 2005 (ASX code: CRK). The Company was incorporated in May 2002 to acquire the core Carrick Vale tenements. The central tenements, comprising Parrot Feathers, Lindsays, and Neves are located within 50 kilometres of Kalgoorlie. As at February 7, 2005 the Company had a JORC compliant measured, indicated, and inferred resource of 11.62m. tonnes at 2.7 grams per tonne for approximately one million gold ounces.
