Explanation of ratings in the e-CBD Flower Store

In order to give users an indication of what to expect from a florist network (such as Petals, Teleflora or Flowers.com.au) we use a ratings system which gives a score out of 10.

The score is calculated by e-CBD's 'secret shopper' style evaluations of the networks and the websites (which carry the most weight in the rating), as well as comments and ratings from the thousands of people who use our florist directory. Anyone who places an order can submit a review, but all comments are forwarded to the originating florist for verification wherever possible.
